Marriage Ceremonies
Initial Meeting – We will meet, I will provide you with an Information Kit outlining the civil ceremony process. We will get the ball rolling on the legal paperwork aspect of the process; in particular the “Notice of Indented Marriage”. This meeting gives us the opportunity to meet, get to know each other and discuss the creation of a ceremony to spell you!
Writing of the Ceremony – One of the wonderful things about a civil wedding ceremony is that a couple can have control over the design of their ceremony. I will work closely with you to create and write a personalised ceremony that encapsulates not only who you are as a couple, also, what you bring individually and the essence of your future together.
Rehearsal – The wedding rehearsal is the perfect opportunity to trial the ceremony and fix anything that needs tweaking. In the rehearsal the couple, wedding party and I run through the entire ceremony. It’s a great way to steady some of those very normal pre-wedding nerves or anxieties.
Wedding Day – I will solemnise your marriage and present your perfect wedding ceremony. The legal and commemorative certificates will be pre-prepared, signed and completed.
Post Wedding Administration – On the following few days after your wedding I will check over and complete, the administrative process of your paperwork and send the required documentation to the Birth, Deaths and Marriages office in your state.

Vow Renewals and Commitment Ceremonies
The difference between an official wedding ceremony and a vow renewal or commitment ceremony is that the latter two are not legally binding. So, you will receive a beautiful certificate to commemorate your moment of commitment to one another however, there is no formal/legal paperwork to complete. The best part is, you can still have a lot of fun planning a ceremony and celebration that closely resembles a formal wedding ceremony.

Baby Naming Ceremonies
A Baby Naming Ceremony is a beautiful way to celebrate the life and birth of your child and unlike a Wedding Ceremony, there are no legal aspects so you are free to plan your ceremony without any “formal” proceedings. There is a general structure to the ceremony, however, it is not set in concrete. Another exciting possibility of a name day is the inclusion of an additional ritual, such as a sand, candle lighting or a tree planting ceremony!! Also, at the end, you will be presented with a beautiful certificate to commemorate the occasion.

Funerals/Memorial/Celebration of life Services
The funeral ritual is a traditional and symbolic means of expressing our beliefs, thoughts and feelings about the death of a loved one. Although there is a general guide to assist with the flow of a funeral service, it is important for me that you know I am here to assist you and your family to create a service that fully incorporates your wants and needs. There is plenty of room for flexibility in the writing and organising of a funeral service.
The passing of a loved one is a different experience for everyone. We will be able together, to write the ceremony that best suits your special person.
